Terms & Conditions – batjli Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and batjli ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the batjli website accessible at https://batjli.org and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional activities offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet through batjli, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the batjli platform and close your account.

batjli reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 The batjli platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold is non-negotiable and applies to all categories of gameplay, including but not limited to live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting.

2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old, that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is not prohibited by applicable law, and that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the operation of such services is illegal.

2.3 batjli reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified by batjli may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any associated balance.

2.4 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of batjli, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to hold a member account or participate in any promotional activity on the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access the full range of batjli services, you must register a member account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a secure password.

3.2 Each individual may hold only one registered account on batjli. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, batjli reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and permanently withhold any balances held therein.

3.3 You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Any material change to your personal details — including your mobile number or preferred payment method — must be communicated to batjli support promptly.

3.4 Account registration is free of charge. batjli does not charge a fee for creating or maintaining a member account in good standing.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batjli login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose these details to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 You must notify batjli support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. batjli cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login information.

4.3 batjli will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from batjli that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 All financial transactions on the batjli platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made using the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and approved Bangladeshi bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed within the batjli cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to periodic review and adjustment.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the batjli account. batjli does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments held in a name other than that of the registered member.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high transaction volume — including BPL match days, Eid week, and Pohela Boishakh — processing times may be extended. batjli will communicate anticipated delays through platform notifications where possible.

5.5 batjli reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the stipulated time may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 batjli offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new members, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. The specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotional page and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Bonus funds and free bet credits are credited to a separate promotional balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied in accordance with the stated terms of the promotion.

6.3 batjli reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a member account and wagering has commenced, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will apply unless otherwise stated.

6.4 Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or the placement of opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, together with potential account closure.

7. Games, Betting, and Fair Play

7.1 All casino games offered on batjli, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games, are powered by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. 7.2 Sports betting markets on batjli cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other events. Odds are set at batjli's discretion and are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the member.

7.3 batjli reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed following an obvious error in the published odds, or where the outcome was reasonably known at the time of placement. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account balance.

7.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited. batjli actively monitors for such activity and will close any account found to be using prohibited software without prior warning.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 batjli is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all members. The platform provides a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time-out features, and self-exclusion options.

8.2 Members who wish to activate any responsible gaming tool should contact the batjli support team at [email protected] or access the account settings section. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the member.

8.3 batjli will not knowingly permit a self-excluded member to re-register or access the platform during an active exclusion period. Any winnings generated by an account in breach of a self-exclusion order will be voided.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 batjli collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the provisions of the batjli Privacy Policy.

9.2 batjli uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect member data in transit and at rest. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely without risk, and batjli cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

9.3 batjli will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with authorised service providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention partners solely for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling contractual obligations to you.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the batjli platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of batjli or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any batjli content without the prior written consent of batjli. Unauthorised use of batjli's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 batjli provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batjli disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 batjli shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if batjli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 batjli's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 batjli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (c) the integrity of the platform or other members is at risk; or (d) batjli is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

12.2 Upon permanent account closure for cause, batjli reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where a member account is closed at batjli's initiative without cause attributable to the member, any verified account balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

12.3 A member may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. batjli does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction, and members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

13.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the batjli support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 For all disputes, complaints, or queries, members should first contact the batjli support team at [email protected]. batjli commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 No waiver by batjli of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

14.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and batjli with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

14.4 These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. batjli encourages all members to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
